Come discover an exciting menu influenced by Mexican ingredients and flavors. For three special dinners in our Salons, Executive Chef Aaron Bludorn will also be joined by talented guest chefs who will present a different regional cuisine each night.

Tuesday, April 17: Baja – Esdras Ochoa (Mexicali Taco & Co. + Salazar)
Friday, April 27: Guadalajara – Rick Lopez (La Condesa)
Thursday, May 3: Mexico City – Eduardo Morali (Grupo Pangea)
