For our voyage menu right now, we're heading down south for a taste of New Orleans. Following a lively dinner collaboration with Emeril Lagasse and Daniel Boulud, Chef Aaron Bludorn has drawn inspiration from his signature dishes to create a menu filled with comforting flavors and spicy surprises, available for lunch and dinner.

Executive Pastry Chef Shaun Velez has recently rolled out a new and exciting dessert cart featuring a rotation of premium pâtisseries such as Strawberry Charlotte, Chocolate Éclair, Raspberry Tart and more. It’s the perfect way to close out a signature Café Boulud brunch on the Upper East Side.
