Join us Thursday, February 23th for a special dinner that will focus on the Wines of Bordeaux.
Bordeaux represents one of France’s finest wine growing regions, located on the Atlantic coast, its vineyards are exposed to the marine influence playing a key role to the variability of each harvest. We will explore a collection of Saint-Julien from Château Beychevelle, a well established producer that was classified to the fourth rank on the 1855 classification. In addition to the red wines, two white wines from the late Denis Dubourdieu will be part of the dinner, from his estate Clos Floridène in the Graves appellation as well as Château Doisy Daëne from Sauternes.
Come join Executive Chef Rick Mace for a four-course dinner menu paired with wines selected by Chef Sommelier Jeremy Broto-Mur.
Cocktail reception begins at 6:45PM and will be $125 per person for the 4-Course meal with wines. Gratuity and Tax are not included.
