The extensive wine menu at Café Boulud, curated by Wine Director Drew Walker, offers selections from classic French appellations, Mediterranean producers, and wines from North America including some of Ontario’s finest. The list emphasizes value driven, food-friendly wines which complement the cuisine of Chef Daniel. Drew also pours rare and special wines using the Coravin system, which allows guests to enjoy spectacular wines by the glass without ever pulling the cork.
“The focus of our wine program is to share personal stories, knowledge, and perspective and create a connection to the ‘world of wine’ here in Toronto,” says Drew. Wine adds such an amazing component to the dining table, and it is exhilarating for guests when old-world traditions are experienced in a comfortable, friendly and relaxed setting.
