Café Boulud takes its name and its heritage from the café Daniel Boulud's ancestors founded on the family farm outside Lyon where he grew up. Chef Boulud brought his version of a local, seasonal French restaurant to New York City in 1998, and it has since grown into a family of elegant dining rooms, each rooted in its own city while holding the same spirit of French tradition.
New York brings elevated neighborhood dining to the Upper East Side at Maison BARNES. Palm Beach serves the Brazilian Court courtyard with fresh, seasonal offerings. Toronto keeps a vibrant Yorkville brasserie within the Four Seasons. Nassau brings Bahamian warmth to the French table at Rosewood Baha Mar, and Riyadh, the first Café Boulud in the Middle East, dines in the conservatory of Kingdom Centre. London follows in autumn 2026.
