Café Boulud Palm Beach’s “The Grower Champagne Dinner” on Thursday, December 10th, will feature a variety of artisanal champagnes. Champagne Pehu-Simonnet, Mark Hébrart, Vilmart & Cie and Geoffroy will be among the selections paired at the four-course dinner, prepared by Chef Rick Mace.
